I realize I'm sneaking my friend in while our forum administrator is sleeping, but I just had to share this guy. He was beautiful, with a shinny, healthy coat... We followed him around our property one afternoon last Fall ~ from a safe distance. I know, he doesn't fit our cat & dog category, but he would fit a "critters" category. Perhaps we should have one...
Oh wow, I don't imagine many people have a bear in their backyard!! How cool, and a little scary! The largest animals we see on our property are deer...and the neighbours goats!
