I just received an offer from AutoEurope - if you rent a mid-size car or larger for 8+ days you get a free Garmin GPS unit that's your to keep. The unit is preloaded with both U.S and European maps. You can read about it HERE.
AE says it's a 2010 model, loaded with 2011 maps, but of course you can update the maps. We'd reserved one for $20 from a previous offer, but now it's not only free, we get to keep the GPS. Many (most?) of you probably already have a GPS, either stand-alone or built-in to your car, but since we don't have one it's a big bonus for us!
