Last summer we stayed at the family run http://www.bacchustavern.gr/en/index.php a few minutes outside of Olympia. Actually, it is a cross between a small inn and a B&B. We really enjoyed it and were pleased that we had cancelled reservations at the highly recommended large Best Western in favor of this quiet, comfortable place.
It is in a small, very small, village with lovely vistas of the countryside from the veranda and pool area. The rooms are small but quite comfortable; we had a triple. Breakfast was good. We had excellent dinners in their restaurant both nights rather than go back into Olympia where restaurant recommendations are rather sparse. After a hot day exploring Olympia, it was quite nice to return to kick back on the pool decking, sip a glass. chill and enjoy conversations with other guests. (Not slow europe style but appropriate for a visit to Olympia.)
