Online Discount Air Fares

A few years ago, I bought business class tickets from an online discount site. What a mistake! I ended up canceling the arrangements and have been purchasing tickets directly from the airline itself.
Prices are sky high and I am wondering whether anyone has had a good experience with an online, purportedly discounted site.
