I will put in a good word for Italian pharmacies, as the cream we got for treating mozzie bites was very effective indeed.

I second the recommendation of Italian pharmacies. They will give you things that here in the USA you would need a prescription for. My partner had a sore on his toe that affected his nail which loosened and started to get infected. I went to a pharmacy in Milan. They gave him an antibiotic cream. It was so good it cleared up his toe in just a few days.
