Siena lunch recommendation for a Monday

Finalizing plans for the Tuscany portion of our October trip. We had hoped to dine at La Grotta di Santa Caterina da Bagoga (lisaonthecape’s rec) in Siena Saturday or Sunday but a special winery visit nearby (curtesy of a friend) can only take place on Monday. Sincere Bagoga is closed we are looking for other recommendations in on near Siena.

Anyone familiar with Piccola Trattoria Guastini in Torrita di Siena?

Ristorante Guido. We've dined there several times over several years. Always an excellent meal.

I use Trip Advisor regularly, but you do have to know how to use it (just look at the last paragraph of my review), including how to beware of reviews from locals. It may seem counterintuitive, but you may have to be more concerned about a review from a local than a tourist.

Actually I just started to type a primer on the subject, but rather than derail this thread maybe I'll start my own thread under general travel when I have the time.
