We will be making several stops throughout Puglia and a couple of stops in the Basicalata region and are looking to take the odd daytrip a long the way with someone who can give us some history and enhance local interest in the regions. Can anyone recommend a particular guide or guide service that they have used for day trips (either culinary, historical, architectural etc)in Puglia or Basicalata? We are flexible in where we are staying but we are not looking for a multi day group trip. Thanks!
