Which Verona Train Station?

We're staying in an apartment just across the river from the centro in Verona, and I have no idea which train station is the most convenient for us. We'll be making a daytrip to Vicenza, if that has any bearing. Thanks!

If "just over the river" means just over the river, then Porta Nuova would do you well. It is good for Vicenza also. Enjoy it! You're lucky you're not there for Valentine's Day like we were. The place is full of Romeos and Juliets

Verona will be packed with tourists when we're there too - it'll be opera season! We're there to see an opera, but will get the heck out of town, hence the visit to Vicenza. Thanks!
