I will go to one new country every year, no matter how much I just want to be in Italy and Switzerland.

I will organize my travel photos.

I will further amuse the residents of the countries I visit by pushing myself to use their language. No matter that I sound like a developmentally delayed toddler with a wad of peanut butter in her mouth, and not hiding behind my husband who is one of those annoying people who pick up languages effortlessly.

Mine too! He is learning German now! But I make no effort to learn other languages because I am lazy.

Not sure if I will do any major traveling this year but I will get back to studying Italian to improve my Italian language skills.

I also want to improve my Italian before my next trip. I was frustrated several times this past December when I should have been able to understand what people were saying and I couldn't (I still am at the point where I usually translate to English as I hear and often fall behind when I don't know or take too long to remember a word). I'm signed up for a review class, once a week for 10 weeks, starting in a week - hopefully it starts to sink in better.

Ambitious! I have so many years of unorganized travel photos now that I don't think I could ever catch up.
