Airfare from Rome to London

What would you consider to be a 'good' airfare from Rome to London during the summer? I know we can get cheaper on Easy Jet or Ryan Air, but since we'll have 'normal' luggage (as opposed to a knapsack), I'm thinking BA would be the way to go, but am certainly open to other possibilities, as long as low prices don't come with ridiculous restrictions! I want to be ready to snag a good airfare when I see one, but I'm not sure what the parameters are. Thanks!

You should find fares under £100 each one way, probably well under. Have a look now. With BA you can check one bag each free and carry on a bag and a "purse". With Easyjet you pay to check a bag and can only carry on one item. On both you pay for advanced seat selection.

I have found that Easyjet and BA are not that different in price when you remember that you pay quite a bit extra for that checked bag.

I always book on the BA website, but you may do better buying it as part of your whole ticket. I did that once when flying from the US. BA partners with American.
