I'm guessing the 2nd one is Rogan Josh, and the middle one Dosa (the latter until very recently, rarely seen in the UK)

Dang, I didn't notice. Yeah, I got that from https://gowithguide.com/blog/tourism-in-india-statistics-2024-the-ultimate-guide-5493 Dosa and lassi are my favourite Indian cuisines.
