Hotel between Rome airport and Montepulciano

I know this doesn't sound like slow travel, but we will be arriving in Rome (from the US) in the late afternoon 20 September 2025 and would like suggestions for a hotel with restaurant for the night before heading to our apartment rental in Montepulciano on the 21st. The hotels around the airport with a restaurant are very pricey, but we could pick up the rental car and head north a bit toward Montepulciano without having to drive too far. We don't need fancy, just clean and with a restaurant onsite. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

No specifics, but many agriturismi are set up well for such an overnight stay, and the food often excellent and IME always plentiful. The added advantage is the countryside is a super place to start to get over jetlag.
