We were in London for a few days last June and then for 10 days at the end of December (thank you Patrick for your helpful suggestions to my post). Well, I won't have my say on the website since I am not a London resident, but I will have my say here.

I can definitely see placing regulations on these "vehicles". They should be inspected for safety, cleanliness and carry insurance for their passengers. Furthermore, there should be some control over the decibel level of their speakers.

Additionally, we used a taxi guide both in June and December and he told us to avoid these pedicabs. He didn't need to tell us, we would never think of using them.
