A great experience using this company for the first time.My husband and I stayed for the month. Our cozy, read small, flat in Redcliffe Gardens Chelsea was spotless, nicely decorated, well-located and quiet.
We had a few hiccups with the heat. Ivy sent a representative over to fix the problem. It worked MOST of the time. I think the owner should give the Ivy rep better instructions rather than "here's the booklet". However, that was a minor issue.
Would definitely use this company again.
