My husband and I would like to return to Paris next year for two to three months starting late September. I am currently researching apartments. The ones I know of and places we have rented before are no longer available. Our minimum requirements are: at least one bedroom; bathroom with walk-in shower (shower over tub has become problematic!); full kitchen (love markets and cooking); and sitting room. Any recommendations?

Have you looked at the Paris Perfect apartments? I’ve always wanted to try one of theirs.

We spent a week in this apartment in April of 2022. It's in a quiet street near St Germain Blvd just off Rue Vaneau. Within a block or so you'll find a Metro station and a large supermarket. Bon Marche and La Grande Epicerie are just down the street. It's hard to see in the pictures but there are both a tub and walk-in shower. The agency was quick to respond in all communications. We had a problem with the microwave door getting stuck and they sent a young man over even though it was a holiday. https://www.myfrancevacationrentals.com/vacation-rental-home.asp?PageDataID=84311

Gail Bosclair manages (mostly monthly rentals) at PerfectlyParis. I rented from her in 2022 for a month. If you have special needs, like no tub (me, too), or no steps inside the apartment, be sure to tell her. To make it easier to pay for apartments in Paris, I use a Wise account where I can hold Euros. Most monthly rentals in France will require renter's insurance and she provides links.

I have just spent two weeks in Paris, in a rental from Perfectly Paris. I second the recommendation
from Cameron; Gail Boisclair was great to work with. I had rented from her a few years ago, both good apartments a bit out of the central arrondissements which is great for seeing new neighborhoods.

we recently stayed in a gorgeous apartment in the 3rd, near Arts et Metier metro station and museum. found it on AirBnB, but it was managed by French Keys (the-french-keys.com) and they were great to work with.....you may want to check out their website and contact them to see if they have anything you might like.
