Toll Roads In Sicily

Renting a car in Catania and wondering about toll roads. Do they offer something like "Quick Pass" so you just drive right through or do you have to stop at the toll booth and pay each time?

An official write-up is here: https://www.autostrade.it/en/il-pedaggio/pagamento-al-casello . The Telepass isn't worth it for a short visit; normally one would get a ticket when entering and pay by cash or credit card on exiting, usually at an automated booth.
